Corners bring me security. I use video installation to create a personal space that is solid and strong, a means to preserve memory. While the layers of memory are volatile, I enclose and safeguard them by framing them and keeping them in a safe corner. The solo show “CROSSING CORNERS” evolves from a year-long project observing the interplay between different display dimensions within the gallery's corners. The three-channel videos titled “Crossing Corner” represent the imaginative intersection of lived moments.
